I received the item fairly quickly..the only problem I had was that I ordered three and one was completely wrecked into tiny pieces when I opened the box...small pieces of glass everywhere. I wrote for a replacement - havent heard anything back yet.

The light itself is a medium intensity, beautiful blue light. I followed the instructions to charge it in the sun for 2 days before turning it on. I love the light it gives off - am using 2 to light my stairway into the house. I will order lots more if the seller comes thru with replacing what was damaged either in shipping or while in the factory.
